Circle CPAReviews of circlecpa.com

Trust the 5 Star reviews at your own peril That is really all that needs to be said for this not serious "business".

This is my second time having Bradford do my taxes. Both times I had no corrections and his work is super thorough. Great experience.

I'm sorry but I was so irritated by their lack of communication that I have to leave this review. The return I asked to be filed was late and despite several calls (that were never returned) they missed the tax deadline.

I am tremendously disappointed in the service from Circle CPA. I had high hopes as a first time customer to make them my regular CPA but they failed me in the final hours. While the taxes were fully completed correctly over a week prior to the 2021 Tax Filing Deadline, they failed to submit the e-filing, in spite of my continued messages regarding my concern for why it had yet to be submitted. It simply made no sense and ultimately for my own reassurance I summited my own taxed on 4/18/22 at 10:00pm. This is completely unacceptable and has guaranteed I will not be using their services in the future. Sigh.

This was my first and probably last time I'll use Circle CPA. I filed in March and I still haven't received my return yet. They keep pulling my leg and saying they'll complete it on May 17 but then tell me they have to file an extension because Bradford couldn't meet the deadline. Then I was told that I should hear from him in July but I still haven't heard anything from him at all. I just emailed them again and now they're giving an excuse saying that Catherine, his wife who runs their business, is on maternity leave until August. It shouldn't take this long to file my taxes and no explanation was given as to why they're going at a snail's pace. At this point I don't know if I'll ever see my return, I hope I don't get audited by the IRS.

Terrible communication after my first year using them and ultimately did not complete my return fast enough to not file an extension, even after the deadline was extended to May. They give you no idea when you can expect them to complete your return or where you are in the queue and then take on too many clients and don't do the work, leaving you scrambling to get it done. Just a bad experience.

I have had the most professional and personalized experience working with Catherine and Bradford at Circle CPA. Everything is done online and you pay what you want. I have been working with them for several years and plan to continue without hesitation!
