Shocking experience. I paid AUD $240 for a yearly subscription, and they offered a free trial for another bit of their program. When I log in to use the program, it seems they want more money for me to use any of the more interesting things they offer. So after a couple of weeks I decide to write off the $240 I paid cancel my subscription so they don't renew in 12 months time, and just . But when cancelling, they inform me they want me to pay another $120 for the "free trial" of something I didn't even want in the first place. So I now have cancelled my credit card so they can't charge it, and relish the thought of them legally trying to enforce this "debt" on me. I consider Circleboom to be a con and would advise you go nowhere near them.

Garbage. My Twitter account is clearly ghostbanned but it says it's clear. Other testers show it banned.

There's no way I'd renew my subscription. Everything that's any good is an extra that requires an additional payment. You can use AI and one small website to get most of the information that Circleboom provides for a fraction of the cost. If you don't have it, save your money.

They charge you to cancel after you pay more for month than year already. Most valuable functions are behind price jacking even though they are advertise as part of the subscriptionon.

This business is FRAUDULENT with ZERO customer service. You can't call them and they WILL ignore you if you try to reason with them. Their monthly sub is a bait and switch and they will charge you for a year. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Company is a grift. Signing up at their advertised price involves bundling and if you want to cancel, they make you pay a fee.
