I purchased both Circle-Boom products but after purchasing them Friday morning both don't work. Customer support is really bad as they make out there is no problem. I asked for a refund or to get the Twitter API working but now I had to call my bank for a chargeback. Avoid it completely as it no longer works.

The service was buggy from the beginning and then their support team decided to make a false assumption that the accounts I was trying to include in the service included content featuring people who are underage.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. The program itself is faulty and hard to navigate, but the customer service leaves much more to be desired. Seems more like a scam site to me.

Doesn't work and is terrible. Avoid. All access to twitter API for purposes of your own account should be free and automatic. This is horrible. I just want API access not some stupid ecosystem of terrible analytics companies. Charge for follower growth not basic account management.

This application advertises several help tutorials on how to mass remove your Twitter followers. The application actually doesn't have this functionality anymore. Complete bait and switch tactic. No way to get refund either. Too scammy for my tastes. Would not recommend.

bad experience

I signed up to this product when working for a charity a number of years ago. When I left, Circleboom kept charging me for the service though I no longer used it, and the cost went up and up. I recently discovered I was still paying for it even though I have not used it for years and of course the company won't give me any money back. Be really careful when you sign up for this product as they will carry on taking your money and never send you anything to let you know that your are still paying for it. Scammy and extortionate, don't care about their customers, avoid at all costs.

Horrifying experience with this awful company. I paid for a full year subscription to this platform. After two months of using the subscription they removed one of the MAIN functions of the platform which made my year-long membership obsolete. I contacted them to request a refund for the remaining months I'd already paid for as I no longer needed their services if they no longer offered the feature that I needed. They refused to refund me. I could not get in contact with anyone at Circleboom except through an email thread. There is no working phone number at all and the representatives are useless. I finally got the Better Business Bureau involved as well as my credit card company who were able to get me my refund. This company is full of fraudsters. I would NEVER recommend. Just awful.
