Unethical, No integrity
This company should be avoided. They lost my order. I tried to contact them for weeks and the phone just rang with no way to leave a message. When I finally did get through They were despondent at first and then just rude and insulting. They lied about shipping being free. After placing the order they added a $25.00 shipping fee. When I confronted them on the fact that their website says plainly "We ship for free" they avoided the issue alltogether. I'll never do business with Circa50 again.
