I entered a competition via Lidl to win a Smeg kettle which cost me £3.00 I have now had £24.99 taken from my account which has caused me to go overdrawn. I did not sign up for any subscriptions to Cinemaspirit-Cs. Tried to cancel subscription and asked for a refund but to no avail, The Police online fraud department are now aware & looking into this scam.

This is 100% scam, they have been taking unauthorised payments in Dec23/Jan24 and I don't have any idea as to how or where they got my card details.

They took £24.99 out of my account, no authorisation, no explanation. Ringing the bank in the morning. Any hope of getting it back? This ‘company’ needs to be stopped.
