No vote on positive reviews! You decide. Trick your fees before the API link. Use two 'robots' for customer service and take turns (forever) to confuse and accuse you of not replying! One star review have all the up votes. Do not waste your time and money.

Good helpdesk service, outperforming of bitcoin and an application running without problems makes me happy.

I have been on the meta long strategy for the last 3 years. It works very well during bull markets, not good on bear markets. During bear markets you need to change strategy.

Beware, big scam, run away from this company and never forget the old saying: "If it's too good to be true, then it is!" applies perfectly to this so-called company. I truly hope this review won't be shut down. I am unable to get hold of customer service, I can’t get hold of my account manager. SUNS lnvesment is the only good company out there that takes us seriously. And for their useless piece of trading bot. Started with 2k and it took almost two months to make 7 bucks! Total joke. Even a newbie trader would outsmart this so-called trading bot.

The entire process was smooth and easy. The program integrated quickly with my exchange , with no issues. The results have been positive over the first few days and I look forward to new features and strategies.

- Bad quality of the app itself. - Very misleading and lagging information within the application. - Withdrawing deposited money from a strategy within the app not working at all. - Customer support takes forever to reply, even they are online multiple times a day. Not recommended.
