I ordered a custom controller 12/16/2025. I understood that there was a wait time for the production of the controller. 02/2026 "I am so sorry for the delay! We are waiting for certain parts to come in to finish up your order. We expect them to arrive within the next business weeks. Those were the responses from the emails that were answered. There are many that were not. 7/10/2026 my controller arrived! I had it in my hand. It only took 7 months. If they would had quoted months instead of weeks and communicate, things wouldn't have been so frustrating. So far the controller was worth the wait.

I ordered a custom controller for my son's birthday in January 2026 with a custom build time expected between 4-6 weeks per their website. I began contacting them in March 2026 to inquire about the status of the order. We went back and forth for months with them promising delivery by specific time periods. In June 2026, I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and low and behold the controller was delivered as ordered. Terrible customer service. I would not order from them again. The controller is nice and my son is happy but this whole process was ridiculous.

Ordered a custom controller for my son on Dec 7th 2025, and as of today, June 29th 2026, have not received the $288 controller and no response to my request for a refund. I will now need to dispute with my CC company. The insult to injury are the almost daily marketing emails from Cinch for various deals and products. Terrible company, no customer service and no controller over 6 months later. Spare yourself the aggravation and order elsewhere

Took forever to get my controller and their. Bam 2 games in on bf 1 getting ready for bf 6 release it stops working I got all mouse click controller. And the trigger didn't last 2 days they said it wasn't under warranty. Which PS5 og gives you a years warranty. Don't buy if they are only giving you a 3 month warranty it means their product is trash.

I got a brand new custom controller made and waited two months for it to come when it did arrive it had ABSOLUTELY NO HEADPHONE AUDIO to say I was angry is an understatement

IVE TEIED CALLING, EMAILS, SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES AND COMMENT BLASTED ALL THEIR PLATFORMS AND NEVER GET ANY RESPONSES.. THIS IS A HEADS SO YOU DONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT SOOOOOOO MANY OTHERS HAVE GONE THROUGH AS WELL... IVE GOTTEN ATLEAST 25 OTHER PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE LEGAL SUIT ABOUT TO HIT THEM!

Mom bought me a controller for Christmas. Took them 5 months to ship it. I understand building the controller takes times but not 5 months time. Reached out to them express my concerns and all they sent me was an automated “we’re sorry this is happening your controller is being made. We’ll update you on the progress.” Never received any kind of update. Never purchasing from them again. Customer support is awful and takes way too long to actually receive your $200+ controller.

Bought in December. Mid-May and still nothing. No response, no information, or no idea when we’ll be receiving the goods we paid for. Avoid at all costs.
