To start, Cin7 Omni is a decent WMS and sales port for the price. There are a few bugs but nothing unsurmountable. The real problem is their service, it is so far beyond unprofessional I am looking for a new WMS. They will not respond, lie, gaslight you (once you actually get ahold of anyone in their company) They have very few engineers actually working on the project which makes me think their office is extreamly toxic. Cannot sugguest highly enough that you look elsewhere for your WMS services. Edit - After the reply from Cin7 my review has not changed. You have broken trust with your customers. You ignore my complaints in private emails and only respond to public reviews?

Very poor response to support cases. Recent case submitted 3 weeks ago and only recieved an automated response when teh case was first submitted.

Customer services seems to have entirely given up!! I have sent 2 urgent request in as many weeks and have heard nothing back - not cool 😫

They breached contract, didn't provide service. months later they charged our card for thousands of dollars after we closed our account. they are beyond bad you cant even get a hold of them via email or phone or chat. they hold your account hostage. you have been warned

I followed instructions on how to update my products and instead it duplicated them. The UNDO/Delete last upload function does NOT work. Now I am paralyzed. And my support person ghosted me.

The product is good. The support and communication is terrible

Pathetic. System doesn't work and customer support is non existent.

Worst Customer service. Cin7 constantly crashes, tickets raised and never resolved. Takes days to get to a resolution only to find the problem still exists. One of the worst systems I have had to work on.
