Cin7 is a great Inventory Software, easy to use with all the fucnctions needed. As a marketer, Report part is my favorite. I can creat my own dashboard to have the data on hand at any minute. The flexible pivot-table with different dimension made it possible to drill down on particular fields. It is helpful for us to make strategic decisions. Their support team is easy to reach and helpful when we need.

Excellent trouble shooting & assistance from Harish at Cin7. Our business had received a new Eftpos terminal and was in need of integration with Cin7 POS. I've used several and looked at dozens of systems in the last fifteen years, and recently switched to Cin7 for my two retail businesses - both a fusion of brick and mortar and ecommerce (using shopify platform). Cin7 is robust and well designed, and relatively easy to learn and use. Its highlight is inventory management - quite advanced, and at the same time free of unnecessary complications. While there is a learning curve for any new software or system, Cin7 works, for me at least, refreshingly smoothly and logically. Onboarding process was efficient, and Joey was always available to teach and answer questions. I highly recommend Cin7.

Great scalability!

Great and easy to use stock control and invoicing management system. Our company has been using it since 2015 and the support staff is very helpful and willing to customised the interfaced to suit our need. Cin7 also offered a huge list of B2B integration: Xero, shopfiy, magneto, etc... The import/export tools are excellent as it allow us to import and export data and eliminated the need to re-enter the data across different programs within our company. The production job is definitely a highlight as it allow you to build/manufacture/addon product from raw materials. Overall, this is a great ERP cloud system and I definitely recommend to others.
