Working with Cin7 over the past 3 years has be very rewarding. The businesses that I have consulted with have really benefited from the support and customisation available from the team at Cin7!

Cin 7 is a very powerful inventory management system, it never fails to provide timely and accurate inventory information for our company. The modules are user friendly and the reports are really good tools for data analytics. In addition, the customer service team is very supportive ,whenever I have any doubt about the system I would always submitted the tickets and got useful feedback very soon. Good product I highly recommend it.

Pros: Flexible, lots of features, many integration, some customisation available Cons: It is not a totally "idiot proof" system, so you need to know how to use they system and processes correctly to make sure you are recording data in the right way. Overall: Cin7 is a great and robust system. The new interface looks really clean and clear and it is extremely intuitive to use. While it is simple and clear on the "outside", the functionality "under the bonnet" is extensive and what makes Cin7 different from the rest is the customization that is available. No other app in the Xero marketplace offers tailored customisation as Cin7 does. It is a very powerful tool and the value / cost is impressive. Moreover, the product is always evolving and the team at Cin7 are always implementing user requests and implementing new changes very rapidly. I can strongly recommend it. Enrico

I have been rolling out implementation of Cin7 for my clients across different industry mainly in Retail & Distribution. The support team in Cin7 is extraordinary, they are extremely responsive and helpful in all aspects.

EDI SOLUTION! Cin7 is an Inventory Management and POS software that offers a functioning Electronic Data Integrated solution that eliminates the need to manually log into other platforms and update stock levels and as wYse has multiple platforms such as website, amazon, hard to find, dispatch, 3 stores with many pop ups throughout the year, keeping track of stock and obtaining real statistics is vital. It also has the added plus of reducing our carbon footprint, which is important as an eco-friendly fashion label.

Great experience with the team at Cin7. Very fast resolution to a small startup glitch which has handled within an hour of me contacting them. Great product... great team

We implemented CIN7 a couple of months ago and I have been impressed so far. It has good integration with Xero and I like that our sales staff are able to see in CIN7 if the customer has a balance owing on their account, along with their account limit so they can decide whether or not to release the order. The support we have received via their general support email address is always very quick and they never had a problem adapting report, features & menus for us. Highly recommended.
