Great system, brilliant company. Was pleasantly surprised with how much functionality is available given how easy it is to use.

I had a Zoom call with Jakub one of the Technician Support Specialists to go over some questions I had and he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. When he didn't have the answer to a question he spoke with colleagues to ensure I was being passed on the correct information which was very valuable. CIN7 is really easy to use and affordable inventory management system, especially for a SME. It’s a stress-free tool to integrate across all marketplaces, E-commerce platforms, EDI connections and physical channels to manage multiple SKUs and track their inventory. Highly recommend to use for improving business efficiency, and most importantly to control your business at a granular level. Multiuser system helps to accommodate different activities thus creating a functional vertical integration value chain. Just went live and Atul from on boarding team was excellent right from day one, who guided step by step to make this live as per our requirements. Will review this again in 3 months time on post live support and performance of the tool.

Switched to Cin7 from brightpearl. More integrations, options and support for less money! Great on-boarding experience. Very satisfied so far.

Its not been an easy journey and the support function hasnt been great as it takes time for someone to get back to you and investigate your concerns. But Atul Sharma has been excellent. He has taken full responsibility for making sure we have a smooth onboarding and then came and helped us when we had some teething problems. He would reply to emails straightaway and did a few zoom calls. Thank you so much Atul!
