Cin7 OmniReviews of cin7.com

I have used orderhive for well over 2 years after switching from Fishbowl (The worst!) There is a learning curve for sure, but once you are implemented, I dont think there is a software that provides a better bang for your buck. We sell products via WooCommerce and everything seamlessly integrates. I use orderhive as my main source of inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and even invoicing and payments. if you have an ask for orderhive, they can most likely figure out a way to make it work. Their customer support is great too! The only complaint is because of the timezone difference sometimes its hard to find someone to respond quickly, but when they do they are effective and do their best to resolve the problem quickly. Special shoutout to Kunal who was patient for me when we implemented and integrated all of our complicated tasks and he helped me through every step of the way.

We have been using Orderhive for about 3 years and it has worked very well for us. We don't experience many issues and when we do we get a quick response from their support team. And they have built a few customizations for us so the system fits our needs well.

Best Tool so far for inventory and orders management with a lot of ongoing developments and with a Great customer support.

Great app for inventory management. I like the customization of reports and the integrations of apps.

Orderhive continues to provide tremendous value. It brings together our BigCommerce inventory management and order management and adds in a strong automation engine that saves us countless hours of work on repetitive tasks.

Cin7 worked out great for us! In terms of affordability, quality and functionality, it was just right for a start-up/early stage company. The fact that it had in-built EDI, and other out-of-the-box integrations was a big plus. The online customer service can be a bit slow at times, but outside of that we found Cin7 to be robust, and very well integrated with our accounting system. It definitely cut down several hours per month of work, and helped with a single source of the truth.

Great tool for your inventory management!

Very responsive and helping agents. I am satisfied with the service given :)
