We recently moved to CIN7 from an old inventory management system which had become very outdated. Although a little daunted at first by the amount of work we had to put into the actual implementation process ourselves, we have been pleased with the user friendliness and functionality of CIN7. Our implementation specialist, Atul Sharma, quickly got to grips with the nature of our business and our particular needs. He was extremely helpful, reliable (and patient!) and quickly responded to any queries or difficulties we ran into. In most cases he was able to address these himself, but where he wasn’t he referred on to a specialist team. I think that having good communication with your implementation specialist is key to the success of the project, and in our case this worked very well with Atul, who is excellent at his job. In retrospect, we feel it could have been made clearer to us the need to have all of our data uploaded early on in our implementation process. Having not grasped this, the final week leading to go live and the two weeks following were pretty hectic. But so far so good, and we haven’t run into any major issues. Having only gone live 6 weeks ago, it is still relatively early days for us with CIN7. However, we are impressed with how intuitive the system is. The insights and reporting are a huge improvement on what we have been used to and I can see how this will definitely add value to our business. On the downside, a (non-critical) case that was raised just after we had gone live has still not been resolved. This is disappointing and I hope it is not indicative of our experiences to come with customer service. Because of this I am giving 4 stars, but overall we are very happy with our move to CIN7.

We recently made the call to move from Dear to CIN7 for better reporting and more options in general. Changing backend systems is a tough call to make, but Cin7 provided us with step by step support to simplify this process. Our onboarding facilitator, Tej, was fantastic, and always responded promptly to our concerns or issues. Support has been fast and effective and we look forward to a long journey with Cin7.

We are a small company and CIN7 has been great for us to develop and grow our business. We have had to develop our account a lot in order to get what we feel should already be a standard feature. Usually, they are able to do what we need or find an alternative solution/workaround. Overall a great system for us as a small business. One thing that could be worked on is the customer support, they are usually pretty slow to look at cases that have been raised. but once they are on it, they are typically resolved quite quickly, as long as you are very specific with what you need and how you want it done.

Having reviewed many inventory and warehouse management systems we chose CIN7 as it fitted most of our needs. It is simple to use and has some great features that we have not had before. It pulls in orders from our various marketplaces and allows us to map our complex SKUs, aliases and kits to the actual stock, but as with all systems does have room for improvement. Support can be quite slow to come back, however our onboarding specialist Atul has been extremely dedicated and either solved the issue himself or chased the engineering team on our behalf to get an answer.

Our company has been using Cin7 for about 1.5 years and I have been a new user for about 5 months. Its a very intuitive and easy to pick up system and using, in particular the Insights pivot table function. No real complaints and we are currently working with Cin7 on an EDI integration project and their guidance and project management with Pankaj Kumar has been excellent so far.

LCDTek are a fast expanding company and had outgrown Quickbooks. Following in depth research we decided on CIN 7 for all our stock management. Consultation period was efficient, but we had issues syncing data between CIN 7 and QB, which is still not resolved. CIN 7 are far more "in tune" with Xero. We are now up and running, alibeit 3 months late, but without the help and support of Atul Sharma from CIN 7 it would have been much later. He went out of his way to resolve software problems and guide us through the sometimes complex onboarding process. Overall, we are happy with the new software, but CIN 7 need to dedicate more resources to Quickbooks intergration so that it is on a par with Xero.
