Dear John Jolin, Thank you for leaving us your feedback. According to the records on file, the refund was issued on august 13 and should have been posted to your account by august 24. The confusion lays in the fact that refunds can be posted under the initial transaction date, not the date when the refund was issued. We were informed that the issue has been solved.
