I have bought from Cigar Page for years and have spent thousands of dollars. With that said I received a box of cigars the other day along with 5 lancero's that they put inside along with the wooden box of cigars -- the five got smashed. I sent them pictures only to be told that I still had to put them in a box and return them thus putting the responsibility on me now. I said I did nothing wrong you can see the cigars are smashed why do I have to take time out of my life to get these back to you. His answer was ,have you ever got a refund without returning the product, I said yes from you guys the last time you sent me 2 bad cigars you didn't make me return them, his answer Sir we need those cigars I said fine you'll get them but don't plan on doing anymore business with me -- the guy I was talking to must own it as he's willing to lose my business rather then not make me send those crushed cigars back that aren't worth a penny.. I am an avid cigar smoker. I was ordering from Cigar Page, but No Longer. I have spent over $4K in cigars with Cigar Page. I had 2 orders that were in transit well over a month. Let me repeat, a month in transit. The customer service at Cigar Page is useless, here is why. After emailing I got the answer that Cigar Page is not responsible for the shipping (USPS) and that they can not replace the item until the USPC does not update the delivery status for 7 days. Then after calling, I got we will resend the items to you but you need to return the cigars that are still in transit if you dont want to be charged. WHAT? this company is a JOKE. no can we offer you a discount on your next order, no preferred shipping, no discount on your favorite cigar. nothing. Zero loyalty to their customers. I will gladly spend more money else where.

Terrible orderd cigars on friday 9/18 cigars hadnt shipped on 9/23 wouldnt cancel nor offer compensation order from somewhere else place terrible!

Paid over 250 for a box of completely dried out cigars. Reached out to customer service only to be told there is nothing they can do because I "waited too long" to contact them. Completely unacceptable. It was less than 30 days. They've lost a customer that spent thousands every year with them now. Talk about stepping over a dollar to pick up a dime lol.

If you shop at cigar page to save money it don’t make much sense because you have to go buy cigars from local shops @extremely high prices to keep your routine going. I never ever miss my morning ritual and HATE to but will miss my evening session this never bothered me so much (waiting isn’t an issue with a full humidor) but recently I went on vacation and took all my cigars with me and figured I could buy local for a bit until my order got here. Didn’t work, they took too long to send them out (as usual) and they have been in the mail in Indiana and held up in Ohio I live in Ohio why has it been a week since I ordered and I’m still waiting? Cigar page is about to loose a 3 year solid customer here. Offer a paid version of your free shipping or a RUSH OUT option for a bit more money. Cigar Place has been getting my attention lately they ship before my cigar is put out if I order while smoking.

bought 4 boxes plus 6 sample packs for $1500.00. .. never received my package and sill have not received my refund. will have to go to court to get it . my county attorney is involved but please do not use cigar page. they will scam you hopefully not as bad as i got scammed . ill get my money back but will take awhile and be a hassle every step of the way. no lie . being completely honest

I bought a 10 pack large gauge Gurkha sampler. By far this is the worst Gurkha experience I've had in 10 years. Tight draw. Canoe Burns. Hard to light. Uneven. The very very small Redemptive quality were the few times I got a nice flavor profile on the draw. This is very poor. Makes me not want to buy ghurka from cigar page anymore

Cigar Page use to be good when the cigars I ordered shipped from Florida. Last two orders shipped from Pennsylvania and the quality is literally garbage. I am done ordering from these guys!!!!
