I've ordered cigars from their website several times. No real problem to report there. But the problem starts when I received magazines I didn't subscribe to because somehow I didn't click the right button when I ordered the cigars, so I'm automatically enrolled in a subscription I didn't want shame on you do better. I won't to business with them again. Do better.

Cigar.com was a decent company. Now they will spam you with Email. That Email has no "Unsubscribe" function. The only way to try to stop them is going through their automated phone system and talking to an Overseas support person. Spamming me and making me have to do that to TRY to stop the spam, automatically makes them no longer an option to buy from.

Don’t register and order. They will never send you cigars that you ordered, due to age verification, even if you have sent them proof of age. Costumer care 0/10.

I was a platinum elite customer. And about 2 years ago getting deliverys was difficult. Supposed to be 3 days free shipping 5-8 days later order is still in warehouse. Call all customer service can say I'm sorry I would ask why the problem and all I would get I'm sorry. Not an answer talk to supervisor they aren't giving answers. That's Poor upper management. I will never order again

Order placed on 1/15/2026. Received confirmation of order. Heard nothing from cigar.com until I called on 2/2/2026. All of a sudden, my order will be sent out for delivery tomorrow, 2/3/2026. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The prices may be okay, but your receiving your order is suspect. Do not order anything from this company. I will not.

Lies and Overseas Call Centers.. Wouldn’t use Cigar.com ever again. 100 percent satisfaction is a comical joke. Ordered cigars for a buddy that just had a son. Paid for rushed shipping. They sent a different product which I believe was on purpose; hoping I wouldn’t return it. When I called they said it was a mistake and then 4 days after they said they would send the right product I got an email saying the item is back ordered. So glad I paid extra for two day shipping!! Cancelled the order and will never again use these scammers. Ofcourse they want me to go out of my way to now send the bs order back to UPS as well.
