CiciwigsReviews of ciciwigs.com

This is the worse online purchase I have ever made. I purchased 3 wigs for 50 even though they were what was advertised only one of them was close to what I ordered and the other 2 were the exact same. You are selling a product that looks like garbage and you should be shame of yourselves for scamming people out of their money. I learned my lesson never trust something to good to he true. Then when I looked back on the website what I ordered is no longer on the site. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT

Ordered three wigs for 50.00 they look and fill like doll fake hair I can do NOTHING with this I want my money back ASAP you can have this back..This is stealing BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! THE ONE STAR IS FOR ..SANDRA WATKINS O#EAX84367 USPS TRACKING #eVS #9274 8902 8910 3850 68 the amount 59.99 I dont have to give away

So bot order wigs from thid site! I ordered two wigs in different lengths and when I got them they looked nothing like in the pictures on their site. I checked their site and it said full money guarantee so I emailed them and explained the situation. They got back to me asking me to send pictures of the wig. I shouldn’t have to send pictures but I did thinking if that’s what I take to get my money back. The reply I got from them the next day was “We can see you haven’t been taking care of the wig”... I have done nothing but take it out of the bag and tried it on only to put it back in the bag. Is it the company or the customer that should be happy with the product? I will not stop until I get my money back and I will never order from them again!

This company does not deserve one star. I ordered three wigs, different styles. They sent me the same three wigs in different lengths. Do not order wigs from this company. If the offer is too good to be true, it is. Just because it comes from Japan doesn't mean the cost is less. I used PayPal to make sure if the deal went sour, I would get my money back. Let's see what PayPal do. If I do not get a full refund, I am discontinuing my relationship with PayPal as well.

Just received my wigs and guess what, not at all what is advertised. No lace no where. PLEASE SHUT THIS SITE DOWN!!!!!!

I orders a red water wave wig from There I got a stiff red synthetic wig it was tangled the packaging was horrible and it smelled really bad I couldn’t get a refund so it was a loss I took this site needs to be taken down

I really wish I'd seen the reviews before I'd bought them. Bought two wigs on their BOGOF deal, the wigs on their insta ad's are advertised as lace-front and the images it shows you on the site appear so as well, but they've just arrived and they are probably the worst wigs I've ever bought, a complete waste of money. They aren't lace-front, they aren't even remotely natural looking, I couldn't even wear them for a Halloween costume as it'd be obvious I didn't have the hair underneath. The company seem to be scamming people who are just looking for an affordable wig and judging by the other reviews here, it doesn't look like I'll be getting my money back.

I got a cheap costume wig that looks awful when I paid for what I thought was a lace front based on the picture and video advertised. When I emailed them they blamed me for the error, saying I didn't order a lace front one and should have read the fine print. They're not going to accept that they're false advertising - do not buy from them, you will not get what you ordered and they will not refund you. It wasn't cheap either or I could understand the bad quality. The video and picture showed a wig that can be parted any way and looked so natural and soft, the reality is not so nice. The email customer service is fairly rude and dismissive too. Buyer beware...
