ChvkerJewelryReviews of chvker.com

This jewelry can literally be found on alliexpress for a dollar a piece and they have the audacity to charge $10 each ON SALE. i placed an order for $100 worth of pieces and they arrived and were very cheap feeling. Please be wary when purchasing.

Do yourself a favour and do not get jewellery from here. The customer service is a decent but your order will take 30 days to come may be more and you’ll be missing pieces not worth it there’s so many other jewellery companies that you can support.

Extremely slow shipping and customer service response times. It took two weeks from the time I placed my order to have an update at all concerning my order. When it finally arrived, one of the necklaces looked completely different to what was shown in the photographs. I left a one star review on their product page for that specific product about the misleading photos, but I noticed it has not been actually posted, which makes me wonder if they hide any negative reviews about their products and show only the positive reviews.

I finally decided to order a few things from this “company” after falling in love with many of their trendy designs. I’m usually skeptical about who I give my money to online but I saw the positive reviews on the website and it looked legit. The website clearly states that non custom orders take 1-6 business days to process. I placed my order during normal business hours on a Monday and waited over a week for it to process. After waiting over a week I was still not given a tracking number or any other update about my purchase. I reach out to them through email (which by the way is their only source of contact) and after waiting even more time for customer service to reply to me I was told that they haven’t even received the item themselves. Not only was it not in stock but it would take well over a week for them to get it themselves before they finally process and ship it to me! The whole time I was under the assumption that they had it ready to ship after the processing time. The way they are handling business is unprofessional and misleading because customers are purchasing under the assumption that everything is in stock and will be shipped once it processes during the alleged “1-6” business days for non custom orders. It now makes sense why other reviewers have had issues with excessively long shipping times. They should be honest on their website about the availability of their products or at least update how long the processing time could take on ALL orders so customers aren’t left wondering what happened?! As much as I like their jewelry I won’t be ordering from them ever again.

they sent me the wrong size ring. took forever for them to respond. They wanted me to send it back to them and i would have to wait 4 weeks for the ring to restock IN THE SIZE I ORDERED IT ORIGINALLY?! Why couldn't i have gotten it correct the first time? The size of the ring was like a 5 when i ordered a 7. Why do i need to send it back when it was their fault? I don't have time to go to the post office for their mistake and wait an absurd amount of time to get the correct item. I also ordered about two years ago and received damaged earrings. The cs people didnt care to help me. i had to throw away $70 earrings because they were unwearable. Don't waste your money here!

Not impressed. I ordered on November 30th, payed for 4-7 day shipping, and it’s almost Christmas and my order hasn’t shipped. I’ve DMed them on Instagram, emailed them twice, and commented on their Instagram posts but no communication about when orders are going to ship. I understand that this is a small business (which is why I supported) and I ordered during Black Friday/ Cuber Monday. However, not answering emails that were sent 1-2 weeks apart from each other is not acceptable. I hope I either get the jewelry soon or my money back.

I've wanted those populair butterfly earrings for a while, so I bought them from aliexpress, but they tarnished within days. I was very disappointed, but then I found chvker. Shipping was pretty expensive bc it had to come from the US to Europe, but I bought them anyways. They came a month before my bday. I've been wearing them for almost everyday since May. I kept them away from water as much as I could, with the exception of rain cause I don't always look at the weather, but they haven't tarnished/changed at all. I'm very happy with the quality and how they look and I would definitely recommend ordering from them, cause the earrings are worth the money!

Nice jewerly but in my opinion poor quality and realllly bad at communicating. we've waited 2 months for a reply an my sister now waits sind 18 months.... i can not recommend. I don't know if its just because we live in germany and it doenst work so fast but over a year for a reply? its a no for me and my sister. We will never order again.
