Churnkey, the tool that paid for itself.
Churnkey changed how we think about churn, in a good way. Before, watching customers leave felt like something that just happened to us, and all we could do was hope the next month looked better. This gave us a way to actually do something about it. The cancel flows helped much more than I expected. Especially being able to finally understand why people were leaving. Those reasons used to be a mystery we'd argue about in meetings. Seeing them clearly let us fix things that genuinely needed fixing. And the failed payment recovery quietly brought back revenue we'd already written off as lost. It's rare for a tool to make you feel more connected to your customers while saving customers and paying for itself. Would highly recommend.
