The overall support is fantastic. The support team will go into our system and figure out what is going on when I can't!

First of all, they make it affordable so that smaller churches can take advantage of their software. As the church grows, and their needs grow, more members can be added; makes sense. Our church is small so we don't use all the tools in the software, but, there are plenty of tools to use for larger churches. Also, they are always having training on how to use their software so that you can keep up to date. They have served our church well.

Churchtrac has the most wonderful customer service of any software company I've ever dealt with. They are friendly, noncritical, very knowledgeable and are eager to see you succeed. They have never been pushy about their product, but great to work with.

I am very pleased with ChurchTrac. The software is easy to install and use. The support is great. I looked at several programs and I am so glad I chose this one. It is also economical for a small church.
