Untruthful, Deceptive business practices…..
I placed an order on 10/4/26 for three bibles. Nowhere on the website, did it say it was a preorder item/s, and they were added successfully to my cart. I took pictures, as I always do, regarding any and every order. Nowhere, in the email does it state pre-order. I receive a confirmation email and a notification saying that the bibles would be here today(10/926). I never receive a tracking number or shipping information from this company during the week, so I inquire via email. I get a response via email from Nina, that those items are preorder, and will ship 11/3/26. I explain that nowhere in the email, or website, when I placed that order did it say that, I have screenshots of my process and order, and so I email back immediately asking for a full refund. Now, I am going to explain here, paying for something that I have a screenshot of, that was to be here today, and will not be, untruthful. The company charged me for an item not physically on their shelves, that is stealing and lying. Then to prove the deception, they changed the site, after I did this. I took pictures of this to in case the refund doesnt get returned. This company is full of all kinds of bad business practices and you sell bibles. What is the irony here?🧐
