I was impressed by the speedy and efficient delivery process, despite the long distance. My package arrived in just two weeks or less. However, I would like to suggest that when ordering online, especially for shipments to Argentina, it would be helpful to require the CUIT (a unique tax identification number in Argentina, similar to a social security number) during the checkout process. This is because Argentine customs requires verification that the CUIT number on the package matches the buyer's information. In my case, I wasn't asked to provide my CUIT number when I placed my order, which caused issues with customs clearance. Specifically, my package was held up and wouldn't be delivered unless I provided the CUIT number to customs. The problem was that I had to contact customs first to find out what information was missing, which added an extra step and some delay. Adding this requirement would streamline the delivery process and avoid any potential delays. Thank you for considering this suggestion! Will definitely buy once again in Chuboknives.
