This company is what all companies should be. The unlock was completed very quickly, but I couldn't get it to take on my iPhone. The people at ChronicUnlocks replied right away and got me on the trail to a liberated iPhone. Silly me, the software on my iPhone was so ancient that to get the unlock to take on my phone required getting it current first. And of course I also had to update my iTunes.
