This is my first time using a service like this and I have to admit, I was skeptical. I did alot of research but landed with Chronic. They do experience times where there is high volume so the first time around, it took almost a month to get a status report on the unlock. Unfortunately for me, my phone was too new for the service I ordered and it got rejected. When that happened, a refund was immediately given, so you can trust that they will handle that. I decided to get a different service (they change this information on their homepage regularly). This time around it took 2 weeks to unlock it so yes, this was very well within the timeframe. At first i went with xPressUnlocks as I had used them in the past. Now there are a lot of bad reviews out there in regards to them not responding and unlocks taking a long time. I submitted an Iphone4 AT&T unlock request through them and after 3 weeks and me threatening to call Paypal to get the money back, they said they were not able to unlock it and would send a refund (yet to see it). I kept looking and came across ChronicUnlocks in a forum and gave it a try. I like how their order status is precise and within just a few days, not even a week, it was unlocked!!!

Just used this service, chose the Old AT and T option which goes for $39.99 as i skeptical that i could get the phone unlocked but to my surprise, the phone was locked as promised and it took just 6days. Really impressed and definitely using them again.

I am from Argentina and surfing the web found chronics unlocks and decided to give them a try. Succesfull unlock an iphone 5 in day 11(even if it was Saturday) in 10-15 unlock time. Thanks!

I had an iPhone 5S in a really inconvenient and unusual situation. The company I'd been working for ran out of money, and I agreed to keep my laptop and company phone in lieu of my last paycheck. Unfortunately, my iPhone was connected to the company's AT&T business account, and they refused to unlock my phone because the final bill had not been paid, even though I'd paid my employer $320 for the early termination fee. After trying for weeks to get a response from my old boss, I finally took matters into my own hands and decided to use Chronic Unlocks. I was dubious because the bill had still not been paid on the business account, and I didn't know if it ever would be. But I had just moved to the Czech Republic, and I needed my phone unlocked so that I could use my Czech SIM card. I took a chance and ordered the service that gets you unlocked between 7-21 business days. It's not even a business day, but I just got an e-mail letting me know that my phone's unlocked! Put in my Czech SIM card and it works like a dream!! It's only been about ten business days. As long as you have reasonable expectations and wait patiently (e.g. Don't go e-mailing asking for updates around Day 10 when you KNOW they have up until Day 21 to deliver), I'm sure you'll be super-happy with their service, too!!

The unlock process took around 7 days ( I was hoping it would be done within 5 hehehehe....) but worth the wait. Great customer support and guidance by the company, wherein the president personally addressed my queries. Thanks CU Team .... 5 out of 5.
