I decided not to run with this book puplishing company. Their upfront publishing cost is pretty fair as compared to others I have inquired about, at $600. However, after a deeper dive online, I learned that they have a recurring monthly fee of $249 per month, of which the phone agent failed to mention. (Red Flag) That is pretty steep, especially when an author cannot be certain as to how successful their book will be. And although publishing companies produce tangible books and place them on sale for you at various bookseller companies, I am looking the future prospects on that. Much of what is being sold these days in books, music videos, ect. is quickly going digital. This in essence cuts out the 'middle-man', as most, if not all can be done by oneself, that is if they are willing to do the work themselves. I am in the process of doing this and began with the Amazon Kindle platform, of which is pretty straightward, uncomplicated and very fair, with only a 3% sales fee. That said, I would suggest other authors to consider the same. Peace out, Brian.

This is a hybrid publisher that will not create a schedule for working on your project, so it is impossible to schedule promotional work or a release date that can be depended on. Their communication is constantly lacking and vague in terms of when to expect. There is no ability to problem solve within their plan, once you commit to their process it is like a manufacturing process that needs to complete things on their terms and their timeline, which is always about two to four week later. You need to be very careful about their work to make sure that they do what they are expected with high quality.
