Muffi, Thank you for your order, and for taking the time to write the review. We appreciate your feedback and have taken proactive steps to address these concerns moving forward. As a family owned Catholic store the COVID-19 pandemic has created significant disruptions in our ability to fulfill orders under our traditional timeline. We have had to reduce the number of staff on site to ensure proper distancing and a safe work environment. Unfortunately this led to longer than normal manufacturing and shipping times and we apologize that we did not adequately communicate these delays to you. In light of your comment, we are now proactively reaching out to customers immediately upon receiving an order to inform them that the order may take longer than expected to arrive while also providing regular updates as the product completes manufacturing and is placed in the mail.
