Hi there, We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your order from our Harrison collection! We were quite surprised with your review, as the Harrison jumpsuit and accessories is one of our most popular styles! All of our photography is done in-house, so the sweater and cap pictured with the accessory bundle were taken direct from our inventory for our photo shoots. Our designer selected this knit style for all of our sweaters to be a cozy piece easily paired with our jumpsuits, but not too heavy of a knit so it can be used all year round. We do our best to describe each piece on our site, and do note on the Harrison jumpsuit accessory bundle page that the embroidery on the blanket is done in ivory thread, which does have a more subtle finish to the blanket and compliments the ivory lace detailing on the outfit and other accessories. Our designer selected the ivory thread for the embroidery on this blanket from feedback we had received from many customers preferring this subtle color for the finishing touch on the blanket. We are always happy to help with any questions our customers have about our pieces as well! We do understand if you would like to return any pieces from your order, the only items we are not able to accept back as a return are personalized pieces, like the blanket. For a return you would just need to send any items you no longer need back to us with the carrier of your choice, along with a note with your name and order number, and once the return pieces are received we will refund your account for these pieces in 3-5 business days. Again, we are very sorry that you were disappointed in some of the pieces of your order, we will pass along your feedback to our designer as well, please let us know if there is anything else that we can help you with or if you have any additional questions! Hi Mary, We were sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Natalie jacket, but we do thank you for the feedback! We do work to be as descriptive as we can about the item and the materials used, we are also always happy to answer any questions about our items :) If a customer ever finds an item not to their liking, we do accept returns on all non-personalized pieces that are unused, unwashed and undamaged.
