My husband and I ordered two shirts from this company. The first shirt arrived in a timely fashion. The second shirt, the tracking label did not give us a specific date of delivery. We made several follow up emails with this company and were assured it was on its way and we would receive it soon. I did not like that it took much longer than the first shirt to arrive and that we were not given an exact date and for it to actually arrive on that date. Customer service did communicate throughout the process. We were pleased with the shirts.

Liked the product but it takes a long time to receive

The shirts I ordered are really nice and I'm really satisfied with my order. The only thing that I could say anything about would be shipping. I ordered on Oct 31st and finally received my shipment December 26th. I don't know I might would order again from this company

I placed an order on or about November 23, it was delivered on 12-1-25. My original order consisted of 4 ornaments, but when I opened the package there were only 3 in the package, I contacted the support department to see when to expect the 4th item. They were very kind, informative & helpful. I received my 4th ornament yesterday and it is beautiful. I am very pleased with this company and would order items from them again.

I want to thank the Cristcolor team for listening to me as the customer and correcting an error. That shows a company with integrity. I will order from them again in the future.

I'm not sure if I should review my purchase because I haven't received it yet, I'll come back. Thank you
