Didn't realize Amerigo used this untrustworthy company when ordering from their website. Noticed that some of my selected items became $1 to $2 more when going from the on-line menu to the "on-line order menu." I added a 15% tip and when the order completed, without me being appraised, a 15% gratuity was also added. When picking up the order at the restaurant, the manager let me know that the additional 15% was entirely a ChowNow charge. What a devious ripoff! Will NEVER use ChowNow for anything!! Will only "phone-in."

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced and I’ll never use it again! My order was picked up on time and I tracked it for 2 hours and they never showed up! I had 4 hungry kids and now we’re out picking food up at almost midnight for my children! Screw this bs service! I’ll never use them again and I’m well known in my area and will be spreading the word for everyone not to use them!

Worst company ever! Do not use them! We ordered 2 crab, lobster and shrimp meals. They delivered us Hooters instead. Instead of Chow Now making this right, we have to wait for a refund and reorder. Worst customer service ever. I see now why they have such horrible reviews.

I ordered food online, but it wasn't delivered 45 minutes after the estimated time. When I called, they said it was on the way, but it never arrived.

Why are you on hook & reels website charging $12 more for a online order that's cheaper in in the store. Food is high enough, for you to charge more is very disappointing and disrespectful!

Ordered using this app from fringos in Wilmington MA. Both occasions we were missing items from the order. The second time we selected a 6:15pm delivery slot even though we placed order at 5:30pm. They showed up at 6:50pm. The driver said he couldn’t find our place and was driving around for a while. Do these people know there are tons of free GPS apps they can use for driving directions? Do these people know to read the order which clearly states our home address? I guess not. Unfortunately that day we were busy and had to leave as soon as we received the food. We will not order through this service again.

Ordered food through app. Called 30 minutes after food was supposed to be here. Restaurant said 3 drivers had come in for it. He’d given it to the first driver, so sent the other 2 away. Called ChowNow. First, they denied it, then, after a 10 minute hold, yes, they’d sent 2 drivers. They have NO PHONE # for thr driver with the food! I hope she enjoyed my dinner. NEVER AGAIN!!!
