ChowBrick StoreReviews of chowbrick.com

I have been a customer of ChowBrick for 2+ years. I wrote a review on January 2025. That review was about the logistics - packaging (strong with plastic corners), shipping and so forth. Now I can write about their support and trust. Last month, I found out that a couple of the MOC models had gaps in the instructions. Remember, I had bought these in February 2025, almost 1.5 years ago! The Chowbrick support engineers (@felix and @sam) spent weeks tracking down the materials with their vendors, comparing them with 3 different models, going through 4,000 page PDFs/each! For the ones they couldn’t get from their vendors, they gave me credit to buy from Rebrickable; the ones they couldn’t solve, they gave me 50% credit retroactively! Anyone can ship you a box; you discover the quality of a company when they stand behind their products, even years later! After working with Chowbrick for more than 2 years, I can definitely say that we can trust them and rely on their transparency.

Having seen recommendations for Chow Brick to buy alt Lego sets, I decided to take a chance and give them a try. Honestly, this site will now be my main source for all lepin sets. I ordered a number of Lumibricks and CaDa sets, and the first batch arrived. Excellent packaging, and the set box was in mint condition. As a UK brick builder, I love the shipping options, which are all clear on cost and the expected shipping times. As shipping costs are factored into each product, this can sometimes mean a reduction or increase, depending on location and the item. It’s rare to put items in your cart and receive a “discount” due to shipping preferences. Some items are marked as “Coming Soon”, which the site explains will be stocked once you place an order. And this was true of my CaDa sets which have now shipped. For me, this makes perfect business sense, order when customers want it. Sure, it takes a little longer but the deals you get on these sets makes it worth it. Which leads to set prices. These are some of the better priced sets I’ve seen around. I shop around a lot and in most cases, Chow Brick is hard to beat on price. So, if you are prepared to wait to shipping, the prices are amazing. If you enjoy alt Lego builds or looking to dabble, Chow Brick is your one-stop shop.

I bought the titanic set from chowbrick and did not think it would turn out to look so fabulous! The building experience was no less than wonderfull and all the pieces were there, Thank you chowbrick.

I just finished building my first set from this wonderful site. My order took 60 days to arrive by ship to Greece and the package came damaged but they do they best to send the package as soon as possible and well protected. I strongly recommend this seller , made my dream come true (daily bugle) with great price !

I love this site, is amazing because theris every day a bilion of new set from a lot of different brend. I hope that in future we can buy singolar pieces

I’ve been shopping at ChowBricks for about over a year since I discovered it from Reddit, and I have to say, it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had with any online retailer for LEPIN. From the amazing prices to the incredible deals, this store consistently delivers top-notch value. I find exactly what I’m looking for at prices that can’t be beat considering they always include the original product box! The discounted deals they offer are updated around 4-5 times a week, so there’s always something on sale that makes me keep coming back to check so I don't miss out. One thing I really appreciate is the fast shipping. Every order I've placed has arrived on time, and sometimes even earlier than expected! Not only that, but the items are always well protected during shipping. Sure, the outer shipping box might be delivered damage, but everything inside always comes in perfect condition unlike the gamble you take from buying from AliExpress or Temu! The customer service is also outstanding. Any time I’ve had a question or issue, they respond quickly and are always professional, friendly, and eager to help resolve anything. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. On top of all that, their Discord community is fantastic and growing steadily. Sam is active, friendly, and engaging. It's a great space to interact with other customers and get the latest updates, promotions, or just share reviews. Shopping at ChowBrick is a breeze. The website is incredibly easy to navigate, and checking out is always simple and straightforward. They’ve really thought about the user experience, which makes my shopping experience so much more enjoyable. Only bit that is confusing is when a product is labeled as 'Pre-order'. Finally, the membership is awesome. I signed up for the membership program, and it’s totally worth it, especially when you get a refund if you didn't spend enough within the membership period! Great and affordable perk that is worth it if you're an addicted LEPIN purchaser like me! Bonus points in that ChowBrick's membership also works for their other stores like the ShowZ store and GunDamit store, etc! If you haven’t already, I highly recommend checking out ChowBrick. Great prices, incredible deals, awesome service, and perks that make it all the more worthwhile. It’s become my go-to store, and I can’t recommend it enough to all new and existing LEPIN enjoyers!

Delivered according to plan, all bits and pieces there and more to spare! My package was sent by boat and I was sent a tracking number that even showed me the boats name so I followed it by shiptrackers online until it finally ended up in Netherlands then delivered to Sweden by trucks. I bought a big set (MK 17007) and I appreciate the option sea shipping instead of express air.

Wide range of products, quick and helpful customer service, smart shipping, great packaging, I am very satisfied with them.
