ChowBrick StoreReviews of chowbrick.com

I've bought here multiple times already and the orders have always been perfect. Delivery on time and we'll protected packaging. Most of the sets come in their original box but are still priced competitively against other stores who only ship in bubble mailer. I've also requested to buy specific sets and they were able to arrange them for me. 5 stars customer service. Overall one of the best stores in my experience.

I have ordered 3 sets over the last few months and chowbrick does not disappoint. Most recently I ordered a huge 8000+ piece castle set. The pricing including shipping was very reasonable and shipping was quick. The packaging is always incredible, the box was durable with corner protection and covered in a bag to protect from the elements. Chowbrick reps are always very quick to respond as well to any questions. Very reliable website that I would not hesitate to order from again.

They are very professional on what they do, the packaging is in mint condition and customer service is always giving a 110% in case there is any problem of any kind (product, shipping, etc.) More than a store you can tell they fans working for fans *thumbs up*

Awesome site! Found out that showzstore had a sister site about... bricks! It's a great way to purchase alternative Lego brands. Contacted the customer service different times and got a quick response! For EU shipping it's 90% of the times free. There is also a loyalty point system for discount ls. Can't recommend enough.

I’ve purchased from Chowbrick over 60 times, and every single experience was great. Air shipping is really fast and you can also get larger sets via sea shipping which takes a bit more time. However, you can get a large selection of sets and also large sets very cheaply. If you have any questions you will always get an answer within a day at the latest. You can ask questions directly on the site or via discord. The support is very nice. After more than 60 orders, I have never had any problems with Chowbrick and I will continue to shop there. If you want to buy cheap building block sets, Chowbrick is certainly the best shop.

It´s the perfect place to buy brick models. Great prices, fast shipping. They packed them perfectly. A++++. I have used this page severeal times with 0 problems.

ChowBrick is perhaps the best building block store on the web right now. The shipping is fair, the shipping is fast, they make sure the quality of the product is great! The have constant sales, so the prices are VERY fair. And perhaps the most important part is that their customer service is next to NONE!

I discovered Chowbrick by chance in early 2024. As far as I know, they are the only seller that sells sets in their original packaging. I find this very important because then everything is not on top of each other so that no scratches occur on the bricks. Everything is professionally shipped with protective foil and reinforced corners. Add to that the very good prices and you have a winner. In the meantime, more than 50 orders via air and sea have always been delivered perfectly.
