Hi! Thank you for this service (chop box). I think it was easy to use and an all around great business. I plan to make another order today. The service was amazing and responsive. The only reason for the less than perfect score is probably beyond your control but I had back orders that only partially came although very quickly still incomplete. There was a notation saying I have a credit. Hopefully it also will be easily used on this order. Again thank you and I’m looking forward to more. Andy

The roast arrived in good time and was nicely packed and good in taste. It was not, however, extremely memorable. It might have been my preparation, so since i'm not sure why, I'll just subtract one star. I will try again.

I order pork belly from this site for the holidays. It is the most convenient way for me to get it where I live. There is never an issue with the meat. This year I was planning to provide some meat for a charcuterie board, so I added it to my order to bring it above the delivery threshold. Shortly before Thanksgiving, the charcuterie platter became unavailable, and was removed from my order. It was an inconvenience because it was so close to the holiday. That being said, they immediately refunded the platter, and still shipped my order despite it now being below the shipping threshold. I plan to continue to use this service for meat that is not available in my rural area.
