The process started out fine, agents were pleasant. When asked for a physical address and proving I lived there, the issues began. The supervisor called me and stated he needed to contact my boyfriend to verify I lived with him. Sean/Shawn treated me like I was a suspect to a crime. He then lied to me stating he'd spoke to my boyfriend, when he had not. He did so as if he were attempting to catch me in a lie. When he did call my boyfriend, he interrogated him as if my boyfriend were applying for the loan. If I wasn't in true need of the funds, I would have canceled the process due to the supervisor's actions alone. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I am anxious to pay this loan off ahead of time.
