I was given a lot of incorrect information which led to a lot of extra work on my part. Everyone was very nice, but I was given incorrect information in different information every time I called. I had to go to dmv multiple times because I was given incorrect information on your part. On multiple occasions I had to make follow up phone calls with your organization because your staff didn’t call me back when I was promised a return phone call, or something else was needed that your staff forgot to tell me I would have to do.
