I had tried this chocolate many years ago and really liked it. I decided to order the bars. I ended up with lots of stomach grumbling along with other GI issues when I eat just 1/2 a bar. Not sure if this is for me. I will not be ordering more.

I wanted to rate a 5-star rating. I just couldn’t get the flavors I had hoped to in the big bars. Only Dark almond. Please bring back the other flavors in the 50gm bars! Everything else was perfect!

The chocolate bars are very good with minimal gut reactions. However, they are way too expensive! The little mini 10 gram bars run at $2.00 each which is ridiculous.

I really wanted to like this, but it just tasted terrible to me. I am pretty picky, but I love Lily's. I wanted something without the inulin, but maybe that's what makes Lily's good. To me this "milk" chocolate tasted too sweet and not like chocolate, milk or really anything other than sweet. The suggestion the company offered if it didn't taste good to either melt it or freeze and thaw it didn't appeal to me, so I gave it away. That was quite a sacrifice since it cost me $60 to order the minimum to try it! Update: These guys have the best customer service! I didn't even ask for a refund, but wrote my review above and they found me and sent me a refund! I have to say also that they sent a dark chocolate sample, and it was better than the milk, though I don't prefer dark in general. If they ever make (their dark, or start putting milk in their milk) chocolate-covered caramels (my favorite Lily's) I will try again, because I do think their sweetener is healthier than Lily's.

The taste was great, however, after eating 4 or 5 tiny squares, I had terrible heart burn/nausea/gas/bloating for a FULL 24 hours.

Please consider eating one square a day for 5 days, then 2 squares a day for 5 days, to adjust for high quantity of fiber. After this, a full bar can usually be eaten with no problem.
