Chispa AppReviews of chispa-app.com

I tried ending my plan on Chispa App once and the steps just kept coming. Found BrideUA.com through a search and closing the account was simpler; connected with a woman whose company I enjoy in person.

I would be OK with this app if I were allowed to see the men I have swept right on and the men I have "liked". But Chispa will only show you who's liked you and not the other way around. So now I can't even message a man I "liked". I'm sorry, but that sucks. And if you want to message somebody, they charge more for that. I will probably cancel my subscription because of these 2 issues.

This company has flat-out ripped me off. First of all, the app is awful full of bots and fake accounts. The minute I started, I knew it was little more than a scam. I asked for a refund and heard nothing. I explained that I no longer had access to the email address that I signed up with. I gave them the cc number that I used and my phone number. They didn't care and refused to do anything. In March I told them they better not charge me for April..Of course they went ahead and charged me for April. I disputed the charge with my bank, but Chispa told them I hadn't adhered to their refund policy! How could I adhered to anything they refused to even acknowledge that I had an account. And now it looks like they are planing to keep charging me forever! What a horrible company.

Downloaded the app one night and by the morning I was banned . I contacted customer support to which they said my profile had broken the whatever regulations to which I elected to have reviewed by an actual person, who also accused my profile of braking some kind of community regulation. I again tried to fight it to which I was told that it had already been reviewed and decision was final . So I’m forever banned for God knows what reason .

1 star is generous since they accused my account as being a bot account not even 3 days after creating it and taking my money. Never been banned from any service in my life. Horrible app and customer service.

It’s a ripoff no pierdas tu dinero ni tiempo después que pages por la suscripción si quieres enviar mensajes tendrás q pager adicional por todo excepto para enviar un like donde no optienes absolutamente nada pedida de dinero & tiempo

Nothing but fake profiles. Though I had luck with it in the past, Chispa has now officially joined the ranks of other trash dating sites. Welcome if you want to waste you time and money on this site.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Complete waste of time. They only allow you to see profiles of people that live several miles from you. The site is full of bots and fake profiles. There are several married people seeking poly situationships. The site literally deletes your account with no warning no rhyme or reason. Don't waste your time.
