Tulgat and his team are great. They have continually gone above and beyond to help our customers and our internal staff with any issues, requests, or concerns. I would 100% recommend Chirpish to anyone looking for a smooth onboarding and hands-free CS partner.

Great work all around. Very professional and communicative. Hire these guys if you want to keep your customers happy.

Chirpish have been fantastic, I was originally individual VA’s I would have to monitor and check in with but switched to Chirpish as we were scaling, they are incredible, they hand all of our customer service, relay with my supplier in regards of defective items or returns, they even reach out to customers to have them revoke chargebacks, The give me monthly reports and my Facebook page score has even improved since using them. I never worry about customer service issues anymore as they have everything covered! Cannot recommend them enough to anyone in the E-Commerce space. A++++

Chirpish is the epitome of a well-oiled machine! Tulgat and his team are a true 5-star organization. - The best monthly review meetings and analytics I have ever been presented with. - The team is extremely nimble and can adjust to ANY of my requests. - My customers are so happy with the service they are receiving. - So glad I had Chirpish during the holidays! They handled the Holiday rush like true professionals. I quite literally cannot recommend them enough!

If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would. Tulgat & the Chirpish team have been such a help for me as I’ve been scaling my business over the past couple months and I couldn’t have seen the results without his services. I’ve tried to hire VA’s on my own and it never panned out as I they didn’t have the quality work that I was looking for. The Chirpish team has been everything I’ve dreamed of an more with outstanding service, quick reply’s, detailed feedback, KPI’s and more. If you’re on the fence take my word for it and parter with them.

Love this company! Great customer care. So glad he hired them. Solid pricing as well.

One of my e-commerce stores scaled up really fast and I had around 30 emails a day coming in from customers. I was sick of answering them myself and wanted to completely outsource this. CHIRPISH was god send and handled everything! I haven’t touched them since, all while charge back have dropped drastically. CHIRPISH will actually make you more money. No brainer.
