Yikes! Courtney I looked up your tracking and it's says is was was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:31 pm on May 26, 2021. That's only 2 days after you ordered because we are relatively close to you in Austin. I wish you had reached out sooner we could have lodged a claim with USPS - but almost 2mths have passed so it's out of their claim time limit I think. I checked all emails and phone logs for a record of you contacting us about this and can't find anything. We are a small biz so calls or emails definitely get recieved/returned because we don't get a ton. Anyway, sorry you didn't get your order - very strange. Hi Desiree, We processed & sent your order on same day you ordered 02/22, it looks like USPS is having difficulties. Did you recieve your tracking email? Sometimes it goes to spam. While we can't control the package once we send it, I'm so sorry it hasn't arrived before your trip. You can always reach out to me for stuff like this. Thanks for taking the time to express your disappointment in the new site - I can TOTALLY relate. We are unhappy with how it turned out too, and are planning a re-do. We are just gonna chalk it up to 2020 :( Even though all reward point balances from the old site were credited and carried over, I think some people really miss the quantity discounts. We will bring those back. As well as significant discounts for using the new montly subscription service. Also: If you want to talk more about your rewards points, or anything that's bothering you I'm here to chat. I'd also love to offer a long-term customer discount if that interests you. If you choose to move on during our "growing pains" - I understand. Thank you so much your patronage and we wish you a wonderful Holiday Season and Happy New year.

Hi George, your order was placed last Friday and I shipped it the same day. It says on our site: "Most US domestic orders are received in 1-3 days." Sunday isn't counted as a Mail Day. Under normal circumstances it wouldn't even be due to arrive till tomorrow (tues). But as I'm sure you know - Covid-19 is not "normal circumstances" and USPS has been under immense pressure. Their official statement is: "two and three day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days respectively." source: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/pdf/expected-delivery-changes-april-17.pdf I will update the site with that "Covid-19 USPS info". I do the shipping by 4:30pm every weekday and sometimes on Saturday too. Thanks for hearing me out. All the Best ~ Sally.
