I had an issue with free spins (the game i was awarded free spins wasn't in my region) I messaged customer support and was quickly forwarded to an agent who was already on top of the situation!!! I am new to this platform but I've had good experiences with it and like the feature I haven't seen on others that it automatically separates winnings from play and you can decide how much to 9 put back in to play. I cashed out 500 a few weeks ago. Won on a game selected at random and it was paid back to my card.
