This is actually a really good gaming platform. You can win and they do pay. One of my favorites.

Just an awful awful awful casino
Just an awful awful awful casino. Put 500$ in and not a single bonus. Not one. NOT A SINGLE BONUS. I regret everything about playing and creating an account with them. Predatory website play at your own risk. Just terrible.

I honestly haven’t played a whole lot…
I honestly haven’t played a whole lot on chip’n win yet. So therefore I can’t really give too much insight on their actual platform, their games and functionality. But I will say that they have great customer support. I got on there to ask a few things and Tom on their support staff was very helpful and insightful to my questions and very quick to respond. Very much appreciated. Thank you.

The only thing I have a problem with is…
The only thing I have a problem with is constantly having to transfer my winnings into play money. You guys are doing awesome!

Thank you for the awesome 5-star review and your honest feedback! ⭐️
We completely understand that manually converting winnings back into gameplay balance can sometimes feel a bit inconvenient. To help make the experience smoother, you can enable Auto Winnings Convert in the My Wallet → Convert section, which will automatically convert your Winnings into SC for continued gameplay.
We’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying the platform overall, and we truly appreciate your support and kind words. Hopefully this feature helps make your experience even better moving forward! 🎰🍀

Kicked off before the very first spin. I’m on several other casinos with NO issues. This site should be SHUT DOWN!!!

I kept my car!
Today was my first day playing on Chip'N Win and to be truly honest, so far, its just a normal casino excluding the single strange thing that apparently all players must do when they receive 'Bonus' coins, play thru thru twice. The strange thing to me was the way they had it set up, after receiving your bonus and choosing a slot...and you have .80 to play with and hit for $2sc on your first spin! Then you look up at your balance and it now says...$.60...WTF!!?! So while you play with bonus SC, each time you win with those bonus SC it then goes up into a category in your wallet called, if I remember right, Bonus Wins! Then you go to your wallet when your SC from your bonus has been expunged, click on 'Convert' then 'ALL' and it will change your Bonus Wins into SC, and then you must play thru the newly converted SC, and then you can keep your winnings! It may seem like alot compared to the other casinos, but I tried 3 overseas online casinos cuz they were giving a registration bonus of free spins (250fs, 200fs, and 30fs)! And i still have the screenshot from the casino that gave me the 30fs which says "You've won $13.36 Congratulations!! To get you feel spi s winnings, simply wager $400.80! Thanks for playing at our casino!" So playing thru twice doesnt seem as bad but it still cost Chip'N Win a star! Actually I was only gonna give CNW 3 stars but the fact that they use zendesk instead of using the worthless AIHELP.NET says they actually like their customers! Instead of giving us an AI bot that tries to kick you out of the queue as quick as possible, CNW chose to go the professional route with Zendesk so their customers can issues resolved and questions answered by humans powered AI (Actual Intelligence) (not all of them but probably closer to 89%), like Victoria! Little Ole Crown Vic...toria was polite, empathetic, as well as very knowledgeable when it came to resolving my issue, and because of her and Zendesk...CNW got 1 star back and almost earning both stars for them! Asi spend more time playing on CNW, if I feel anything mentioned in my review changes, I will surely return to update it!

Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful 4-star review! ⭐️
We really appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the things that initially felt confusing during your first experience with Chip’n WIN. We understand that our system can feel a bit different at first compared to other platforms, especially when it comes to how balances and conversions work.
To help clarify, Chip’n WIN uses three main balances: Gold Coins, which are purely for fun gameplay and trying different games; SC, which is your active gameplay balance; and the Winnings balance, where wins from SC gameplay are automatically moved. This setup is designed to help players better track and manage their gameplay activity and winnings more transparently.
For players who want to continue playing, the Convert feature allows part or all of the Winnings balance to be moved back into the SC gameplay balance, along with additional Gold Coins included in the conversion.
We’re also especially happy to hear your kind words about Victoria and your support experience. Personal mentions like this truly mean a lot to our team, and we’ll be sure to pass along your feedback to her 🤝
Thank you again for giving Chip’n WIN a try and for keeping such an open mind while learning the platform. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope that as you continue playing, your experience becomes even smoother and more enjoyable over time! 🎰🍀
