I placed my order and my card was charged. I never received an order confirmation email despite having the order confirmation print out. Called and got voicemail no matter the option. I left a message and did not get a call back. Website says 24/7 service and voicemail states guaranteed call back the same day. Tried to email. Email address is not valid. SCAM
