1/20/20 My biggest complaint was the sizes of the mugs I received....I placed one for my best friend in Va., on 12/1 which she received roughly two weeks later and one for my sister in Jersey which she received about a week or two later but after reading all these complaints I guess I should just be happy they received their mugs at all! Lol.... The quality of the pic etc was really nice but I wasn’t expecting them on these little tiny regular size mugs because these big mugs are pictured....Oh well at least I got them.

I ordered two mugs on on 11-11-19 and still no tracking number. I did get a reply via email stating they were overwhelmed with orders and that mine was indeed processed on 11-23-19 and I would receive a tracking number a few days later. Nope! I am starting to believe this is fraudulent site. 12/14/19 I received my mugs a little over a month after purchasing them. The customer service is email only and they were very slow to reply. In the end, I LOVED my personalized mugs and was relieved that the website was NOT FRAUDULENT.
