Not that good because I haven’t teceived my purchase yet. They Saïd it would be delivered around the 11th of may. But it wasn’t. I wanted to give it to my mom as an extra present for het mothersday or b-day. I do hope I still will get it or that nothing went wrong with the delivery. Greets, Charis

I received my mugs, but I emailed the company about spelling way before the product was sent to me. So with that being said a month and a half later I received my mugs and the spelling was still wrong. Never will I order from them again.

Its been 2 months and still havent recived my order

I contacted the company because the delivery address was wrong and it was never fixed. No one even tried to rectify the situation so the gift would make it to the recipient. I will never order from here again. Nor will I recommend this company

Cheap t-shirt. Print/ silk screening is not great for the price I paid.

Didn’t receive my order

I ordered a 2 mugs on April 17th my mother and sister for Mother’s Day! As of today May 11th I haven’t received no order and when u check status still states preparing for shipment After several weeks and still no update on my order I emailed Chiczero to find out where my order was since they took the funds out of my account right away. There was no phone number and emailing them was my only option. It took several days and 2 more emails to finally hear from them. I was told via an email reply that my order was A delay due to covid-19, but why does it still say preparing for shipment. I can’t see that was the case if my order has been shipped. I was looking forward to giving the mug as a gift. I have, and still do, order many items online and I have never had something lost in transit. Don't think I will ever order anything from them again.

My daughter in law is a RN and I wanted her to know how much she is appreciated. I have, and still do, order many items online and I have never had something lost in transit.
