Do not order from the company. We placed an order May 1, and still have not received our full order (currently it is July 11). One major piece of the couch is missing, there is ZERO customer service other than AI. Website states all my items have been delivered but they have not been. Cannot get in touch with anyone to help resolve the issue.

Trust other reviewers when they say the shipping process is awful. My sofa was supposed to be shipped End of May. The customer service rep said I was wrong, and when I ordered it and currently it said Early June. I took a screenshot of my order, and current status which confirmed End of May when it was already June. Only then did customer service acknowledge the shipping was behind and blamed suppliers. Then once shipped, it gave me a tracking number and date. Unfortunately, it was put in 4 boxes, and they were all shipped on different dates, meaning the sofa is coming in pieces on various days. Tough when you are purchasing for a rental property. Customer service offers no help, blames everyone else in the process and just tries to get you to stop responding. Order from a more reputable brand.

Their customer service is awful. They send generic responses to shut you up. “Shipped” doesn’t mean shipped. “On track” means delayed. They refuse to escalate to supervisors despite my request. Same dude Marlon keeps emailing. There’s no phone number. Their Instagram people responded once and then never again. This was a big mistake.

I'd give zero stars if possible! Ordered furniture almost two months ago. Paid in full. Checked in at least three times to make sure it was running on schedule. Then at the last minute - when it was due to ship - they just cancelled with some BS reason that should had been obvious to them a month ago. DO NOT TRUST THEM - THEY LIE.

Terrible customer service if you call it that! The assembly took 3 hours and its like working in a factory assembly, as it is shipped in pieces, I mean every tiny part, you need to put together! Spent just under $2K, and for what? DON'T DO IT!!! The OCEAN BLUE looks NOTHING like the blue pics on their site, instead it is gray. Just gray. Try calling them...their outgoing message doesn't even say the company name. Shady to say the least! And no one will call you back.

I purchased this outdoor sofa for my covered patio, and unfortunately it has been very disappointing for the price. After only a few months and very minimal use, the cushions lost their shape and the sofa started to look slouchy and uneven. Instead of looking like a sleek, modern piece of furniture, it ends up looking more like sloppy dorm room furniture. Customer service did approve replacement cushions after I reached out, which I appreciate. However, for the price point, I expected the furniture to maintain its structure much better than it has. Overall, the design concept is nice, but the cushion quality did not meet my expectations.
