I swear to God, this is scam. I have placed my order on May 24, paid for Express delivery (which is maximum 7 business days). Its June 11, I still have no clue where my order is. I contacted the customer service, asking to advise on the status and issue a refund on express delivery. No response in the first place. 3 days and a follow up email later, no clear response on question 1, complete ignore of refund request. I DO NOT recommend this site.

This company is a scam. I placed an order on April 18. I emailed them on numerous times regarding my merchandise. I finally heard back from them on May 23 with a tracking number that doesn't exist. To this day, I am emailing them and haven't gotten a response. If you do not want to get scammed, stay away from this company. I have made a complaint with the necessary organization and if anyone wants to be included. Please let me know through this site. Thank you.

I have been buying from ChicMe for the past 2 years and hardly have a problem until my April 26th order. I have Email WhatsApp and FB message them in regards to my order several times I was told it is still in the warehouse then I got 2 other messages saying it will be shipped out 1-3 busy days then another message saying 3-4 days omg I am frustrated today I got a email saying it's on the way by UBI with a long number claming it's a tracking number but doesnt seems legit it's about 20 digits long. I told that I should track it with UBI then I receive a WhatsApp message saying something totally different. All I want is my package that I paid over a $150 for if and when i RECEIVED my package I will come back i And update my reveiw i am tired of this i am now thinking of having my credit card company involved if i dont get my items I will go YouTube live with this.
