Took very long to arrive and mask touches my lips which I was hoping it wouldn't. Cant utilize.

I contacted Chic Me Today at least four times over two plus months about the status of my order and received the reply to be patient. I reported them to the BBB and in my last email I told them and the BBB I wanted a refund because I lost my patience and I needed the masks I ordered so I will be ordering from another company. I received my order 3 days later.

It took too long for the order to arrive. I won't order an item from here again because of this.

Ordered 5 masks only got 3 each time. Don't fall for the coupon codes, they don't work. My first order took 8 weeks to get, so i paid extra shipping to receive it faster, then only received 2/3rds my order.

I waited much longer than the 12-30 days to receive my order. The product sat for nearly a month as I was looking at the tracker. Will never order from this seller again. If I had ordered from another vender like my other family members I would have had better quality product in half the time. When I contacted the vendor which was only possible by email, I just kept being told to be patient. I had been patient by the tine I contacted them because it was well past the time they advertised it would take to receive the product

Buyer Beware! I ordered my masks with express shipping (3 -7 days) and no where did it say the order was coming from China and would be delayed. I paid $18.99 extra for the expedited shipping fee and it took a month to get my order. I requested a refund of the express shipping fee and never heard another word from Customer Service. Very poor quality masks and highly dissatisfied with the product. I feel that I was misled by the website and will not order from Chicmetoday again!

There were a few products that I ordered that when I received was not what I ordered. Very crappy work; I didn't return the items because it would cost me more money and time than it's worth. The word "faith" in the rhinestones was unrecognizable.
