I placed an order over a month ago and…
I placed an order over a month ago and have emailed them multiple times, but they never respond with anything but a canned email response. I'm beginning to think that I was ripped off. I wil never ever order from this place again. Saving a few dollars is not worth going through this process.

This company has great pricing
This company has great pricing. But the shipping is slower than a turtle going backwards after five emails and five weeks later my knife finally ships I would recommend buying from somebody else even if you have to pay a few bucks more unless you don’t mind the long wait

Good prices
Good prices! worst customer service and slowest possible shipping! My last order took 2 weeks just to get a confirmation email and its been 6 weeks and counting and I haven't received a tracking # yet! There is no real way to contact them they just shoo you away!

I saw their product on a youtube video
I saw their product on a youtube video. I looked into it and saw that I could have a knife in 5-7 days. I payed $70 for a knife. They told me it was on back order. I'm not unreasonable, I don't mind waiting a bit, but one month later they still couldn't tell me when they would send it out. I wrote to them, demanding a refund and informing them that I would put out a bad review. They gave me a shipping announcement and a tracking number. Apparently it's been shipping for two weeks but I can't see the progress and I still don't have it. This is a garbage company and I would never recommend anyone spend money with them.

If I could give zero or negative stars…
If I could give zero or negative stars believe it!! Worst company I've ever dealt with. HORRIBLE customer service and ZERO accountability. The hag that answers calls is obviously reading from a script OR just blatantly lying. I've been waiting over a month for 3 items. They continue to say they are backlogged with orders but also CONTINUE to have weekly online sales. TRUST ME, the few dollars you'll save are NOT worth the hassle.

You will wait 6 weeks or more
Prices are good. That is it. You may well get your order but their 5-10 delay due to "being busy" is BS. I've nearly always got my items but routinely have waited 5-7 weeks for something to ship. And contacting them for a refund or cancellation is nigh on impossible. Buyer beware.

On top of an horrendous customer…
On top of an horrendous customer service, tbe order came incomplete and now have to wait for my money back…yes, they have a lot of choice at a good price, in all honesty it doesn’t really worth the headache for a few $ saved!
