BEWARE OF THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!! 🤬🤬🤬Wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Several weeks and still not shipped. Also they will not respond to my emails. I can’t think of a worse place to do business with. I will now have to file a complaint with my credit card to hopefully get a refund. If everyone would start filing a complaint with the FCC and the Illinois attorney general they would shut this scam site down. I hate a crook!

How can this company not be in jail for scamming people? its been over a month and they simply wont ship or reply

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service
The company was taking too long to fulfill my order; it had been a full week with no indication that my items were shipping anytime soon. I asked for a cancelation. Someone responded, telling me they would forward my cancelation request to someone else. 12 days later and the order has still not been canceled and my money refunded. I’m about ready to file a complaint with the BBB.

3 months and still waiting for order to process. I get an automated response that they have experienced a lot of orders and are working hard to process. Same response every time.

Customer service here is a joke!
I ordered 3 knives from “The Works” on September 7th. 14 business days and 18 days later, I still had no knives from them in my possession. I called twice and was told an update and tracking number would be sent via email. No messages have been seen from these guys. They could not tell me anything about my shipment so I cancelled the order. I emailed sales to cancel but days later still do not have any confirmation of cancellation nor has my funds been returned. This is the absolute worst company I have ever attempted to deal with. Please stay away from these insects it’s not worth the 10-15% savings. With any luck, hopefully they’ll go out of business and spare future would be customers a ton of misery.

Ordered a knife to gift
Ordered a knife to gift, but cancelled the order the next day and requested a refund to the card. They acknowledged it and said 4-5 business days. It is now going on 2 months and nothing, even after contacting them 3 other times, and being assured they would rectify it. This company is either dishonest or incompetent, maybe both.
