BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!! I ordered something almost two weeks ago with no notifications. When I reached to them they told me the item was out of stock! Like why not notify me prior to me having to reach out to you all. I better get my order in a timely matter or I will take the to the BBB and or anywhere else so ppl are aware of how scammy this company is.

Worst experience ever! My order arrived almost a month after me placing my order and unfortunately the garments didn’t work for me, one of the garments didn’t look anything like the pictures or description. I emailed to get instructions to make a return and the reply I received from ChicCurve was to gift my garments to my friends because it would be too costly for me to return back to them. I been emailed back and forth for almost two weeks and they have refused to give me the address to make the return.

I saw the add for this company on IG. I went ahead and purchased 2 fajas. After one week I didn’t get any tracking number or any communication. I reached out to them asking a refund and they said No and proceed to give me my tracking number. Turned out they are located in China. I went back and forth with their customer support because the tracking number was Not giving me any information. At this point I thought my money was lost however less than 5 days after getting the shipping confirmation I got my package. The shape wear is great quality. Beautiful made and great material. I’m going to buy more from them for sure. Their customer service was great to me and very communicative and followed up with me all the time while I was waiting for my package. I’m very happy with this purchase. Amazing products.
