I haven’t received my product yet but the ordering process was easy online the fajas are something that I am in need for so happy I made my purchase.

I purchased 2 garments at the end of October 2023 after I had surgery. I did not hear anything from the company until 11/15/2023 when I emailed customer service for a shipping update. I was told the garments were shipped and given the tracking# I inquired again by email on 11/27/2023 because the status of the delivery said the package was delivered, and they showed a picture of the front door. I immediately contacted customer service again to let them know that the package was delivered to the wrong house. I uploaded the pictures taken by the delivery service along with the picture of my apartment and sent them to customer service. I was told first to contact my post office to see if they could get the package back and then I was told that the shipping company was made aware of the mistake and would be contacting me. today is 1//25/2023 and I still have not heard from anyone. I made this purchase with PayPal thinking that it would be safe, but the company assured PayPal that the items were delivered. - I WON'T BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

Customer service is shocking! Seems like a scamming company! They took ages to let me know there return address also telling me it will cost me a lot to return it and I have to pax taxes etc and they might not even refund me !!! When there page confirms easy return. They lie!! I am not $75 down and I can’t even return the items that don’t fit me.. it would basically cost me more to return it .. the company is disgustingly unhelpful I have never seen anything like it !!! Pls stay away. You can buy these products on shein or temu…

I ordered the princess corset Faja first in size L. It came really fast (within 7 days including the weekend). The Faja is really nice. Easy fit and a zipper if you want to go the toilet. Good for a stage 2 after a tummy tug. Only thing the measurements on the side said that I needed a L. But that was too big. So contact customer service and they give me 20% discount to ordere a new one in size M. I live in the Netherlands so return back would be more expensive. I received the M also very quick also this one is a bit big. For now it’s okey but soon I need to buy S or XS. Because of the measurements I give it 4 stars.
